Ann is a graduate of Swedish Institute and a member of AMTA. Her client centered tactics allowed her to flourish as a property manager in NYC for over 10 years. The decision to shift gears into the world of massage therapy stemmed from her passion help people in a manner that resonated with her. She lives to serve and aims to educate people on the importance of massage as part of a holistic health care regimen. Ann is also passionate about providing relief to those who are in pain physically, mentally and emotionally via mindful, client centered therapeutic massage. Her work and demeanor have been described as soothing. A self proclaimed introvert, Ann thrives in one-on-one interaction and looks forward to the dialogue with her clients to assess the core cause of their discomfort. Modalities of treatment include myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, reflexology and Shiatsu. Ann is also certified in prenatal massage and holds a 200-hour yoga instructor certification.
