He combines modalities to suit the client's individual needs, drawing from Swedish massage, deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, and shiatsu. One of her primary interests lies in structural integration and osteopathic bodywork. She was a national team member athlete and has experienced both receiving and giving massage for athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery. She creates individualized sessions in deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point, Swedish, shiatsu, and energy methods. She is a practicing martial artist in the Taoist tradition of Wudang Pai, and draws from this in helping clients develop postural awareness and self-correction. Her goals are to help you find release and recovery. She graduated from the Swedish Institute and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York. She speaks English and German.
David is a graduate from the Finger Lakes School of massage in Westchester and has been practicing massage therapy since 2014. He offers thorough and targeted body work, using each session to address imbalances in the client’s body. Specializing in modalities such as; deep tissue massage, medical massage, neuromuscular therapy, fascial therapy, active and passive release techniques, David seeks to offer his clients long lasting relief. In addition to offering massage he also addresses life style habits and provides home care techniques to further his clients along the path of healing. Davíd is a NY state licensed massage therapist and an alumni at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. David has studied years of TCM, Shiatsu, Tui Na Acupressure, Western rehab/sports, and adaptive myofascial therapies to build a framework within which his intuitive practice. As as an attentive guest-centric therapist, he tailors every session to best suit the client.
Mark came into bodywork through his years as a Martial Arts practitioner, competing in a multitude of disciplines. Finding himself in constant injuries, massage therapy inevitably became part of his recovery. Graduating from the Swedish Institute in 2000, his practice assimilates active release techniques, sports therapy stretches and deep tissue techniques. Adapting to the needs of his clients the goal is seeing them enjoy the simple movements of life. Mark has also developed a practice in prenatal care that includes take at home tips and techniques to teach partners how to help through the pregnancy.
Jess has been practicing massage and bodywork since 2008. She received her A.O.S. degree from the New York College of Health Professions in Syosset, Long Island. Her work combines relaxing/circulation enhancing Swedish strokes paired with myofascial, deep tissue, and trigger point work. Jess is also currently focused on studying Ortho-bionomy and is fascinated by the neuro-muscular movements patterns and how they differ in each person. Jess believes the connection one can form with their own body is immensely important for overall health and vitality. She feels there is nothing more humbling than connecting with another human and being able to touch someone at their core, meeting whatever their individual needs may be whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.
Cheradyn is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. She is certified in prenatal/postpartum massage and her primary modalities include Swedish technique, medical massage, shiatsu, and deep-tissue work. Cheradyn recognizes massage therapy as a path to healing and strengthening your mind, body, and soul. Brenda Lee is both a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. She is known for her integrative healing sessions that focus on stress relief, pain management, and facial rejuvenation. Each session is customized to create balance within the body to alleviate the discomforts that come with chronic muscle tension, mental stress, upper/low back pain, and skin aging. With a background in yoga and passion for healing, Brenda received her Massage Therapy License from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where she is currently working towards her Masters in Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine).
Casey’s method incorporates a dynamic muscle-body approach with an emphasis on the nervous system. His goal is to help you achieve a still point and allow for neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural pathways to restore balance and allow for deep relaxation. He draws upon influences from Tai-Chi, Sound Therapy, Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep-Tissue Massage, and Lomilomi Hawaiian Restorative Healing. Casey also has “MaMassage” Prenatal Training and Certification. He graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York.
