    Brady

    "Every body tells a story."

Brady's natural curiosity while receiving medical massage drove him first to learn what massage techniques helped him, but he couldn't stop there; with his wife's encouragement and support, he pivoted to help other people as massage helped him. He graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY in 2010, and is a certified member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

He brings to each massage a deeply compassionate understanding of the complex experiences of pain, both acute and chronic; the limitations and resulting frustrations imposed by illness and injury; and the cumulative effects of daily living, with the way it's possible to wake up one day and wonder how the heck things got so bad out of nowhere. Starting from a mindset of holistic massage, he seeks to understand exactly what each client wants out of that particular session, so he can bring to bear whichever toolset — myofascial release, trigger point massage, elements from shiatsu, among other techniques including prenatal massage — will have the greatest therapeutic impact while providing the most relaxation possible.
