How Long Are Massage Sessions At LIC?

Most PRESS massage sessions are available in 60-minute and 90-minute lengths.

A 60-minute massage is ideal for focused work or a reset when you are short on time. A 90-minute massage gives your therapist more time to address multiple areas and provide a more complete therapeutic session.

How Often Should I Get A Massage?

The best massage frequency depends on your body, your stress level, and your goals.

If you are working through a specific pain issue or injury pattern, weekly massage may be helpful.

For general maintenance, stress relief, and prevention, many clients benefit from massage every 3 to 6 weeks. Active clients or those with chronic tension may prefer every 1 to 3 weeks.

What Should I Wear To A Massage At LIC?

Wear whatever feels comfortable. Before your session, your therapist will leave the room so you can undress to your level of comfort.

You will be professionally draped with sheets throughout the massage, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
