Each month, one massage credit is added to your account based on the membership you choose, either 60 or 90 minutes. That credit can be used for a PRESS Full Body massage, Back, Neck & Shoulders massage, or PRESS Postnatal massage. You can also upgrade to a prenatal massage at a discounted rate.

The goal is simple: make massage part of your regular routine, plus benefits that make it easier and more rewarding to come in consistently.

Your membership will renew each month, 30 days from the time of your purchase date, which will vary by client.

Each month, your membership credit is valid for the month it’s issued, plus an additional 30 days. In other words, you have up to 60 days total to use each monthly massage. This gives you flexibility if your schedule shifts.

If you don’t use your massage during the month it’s issued, it rolls over and remains available for the following month. Most members find this strikes a good balance between flexibility and keeping massage a regular habit.

Yes. There are two ways to do it:

1) redeem your 90-minute credit (unfortunately we cannot refund the difference).

2) purchase a 60-minute massage at the discounted member rate and keep the 90-minute voucher on your account for a month from the date it was issued + an additional 30 days.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time to a 90-minute session by paying the difference between a member 60-minute session and a member 90-minute session. This is a popular option when you want a little more time on the table but don’t want to change your entire membership plan.

Yes. If you decide you’d rather be on a different membership tier, you can switch. This requires canceling your current membership and purchasing the new one. We cannot prorate membership, so your new membership bill will be due with the start of the new plan. It’s fairly straightforward, and our front desk is happy to help you with this.

Our standard cancellation policy applies. If you cancel or reschedule within 14 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. If you cancel within two hours or no-show, you will be charged the full amount for that appointment.

Basically, let us know at least 14 hours before your massage that you need to cancel or reschedule, so that you don’t lose a credit.

Medical pauses may be considered with documentation. Between rollover flexibility and the option to share sessions, most members are able to make membership work even when schedules change.

Yes. Members can bring a friend at the member rate up to two times per year. Make your booking by calling your preferred studio or emailing bookings@pressmodernmassage.com and we’ll get it all set up.

Membership has a three-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice directly from your BLVD profile.
