Lenny likes to integrate mindfulness into their sessions, they combine Swedish techniques with trigger point therapy, myofascial release, acupressure, and deep breathing techniques to promote a sense of balance in the body and mind. They approach their clients with compassion, care, and an open mind to adapt to everyone's unique needs.
Lenny is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Swedish Institute. They grew up learning about herbs and holistic healing, and most of their life has been dedicated to working with underserved communities.

Andrew Thegeby, LMT is a graduate of The Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Haskell, NJ, and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. He is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial, METs, and shiatsu. Before his work as a massage therapist, Andrew trained as an actor, spending considerable time in movement classes where he developed an interest in body mechanics. This love of kinesiology grew into a passion for bodywork and the health benefits and restorative capabilities it can have in people's lives.

Darian’s journey into massage therapy began after earning her associate’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and spending eight years in the corporate world—where she witnessed firsthand the toll that stress and long hours can take on the body. Inspired by the reflective solitude of the COVID pandemic, she pursued massage therapy to help others find balance and relief through touch.
Trained at the Swedish Institute in NYC, Darian developed a deep understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and body mechanics. Specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage, she integrates techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and reflexology to create personalized, restorative sessions. When deemed appropriate, therapeutic joint movements and muscle stretches may be integrated with each tailored massage treatment. She a New York Native and is a licensed Massage Therapist from The Swedish Institute. After graduation she began to work right away and received certifications in Prenatal Massage, cupping and craniosacral. She works mainly in swedish massage ranging from light, medium and firm pressures and incorporates craniosacral and stretching. She believes its a wonderful privilege to work with pregnant people as well as they bring new life into the world.
